Retrospective Blue Tiles

The retrospective tiles are designed to raise awareness of tsunami disaster in Japan 2011 and offer consolation. As the time goes by, the tragedy has been overshadowed & people have begun to think it was over. However even after 3 years, many people still have a sense of bereavement.
