3D Ceramic Tiles

The market for craft is shrinking these days, party because the rise of digital technology. For this project, both traditional and digital processes were applied to seek a new making principle of craft. These ceramic tiles were designed through CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and 3D Printer, and finished by hard work. The development of hand-made process with a digital technology is used not only to cut down time and expense but also to raise awarness of the transition from a conventional making process in the face of a looming crisis.
